Epoxy primer with a relatively fast cure time and 100 percent solids content It has been specifically formulated to provide superb adhesion to a variety of substrates, including concrete, brick and steel surfaces.
A plural component hybrid polymer with closed cell structure, extremely acid resistant It is primarily intended as a foundation for PVC liner.
A two component compound proportioned at 1:1 by volume ratio and mixed prior to application. It is applied on prepared concrete and steel surfaces to secure strong chemical linkage with the structural polymer and seam material. Tack time is around 3 hours depending on temperature.
Polymer coating LINABOND SP MASTIC
A plural component high-strength, hybrid urethane, extremely resistant to sulfuric acid.
It is used in the overlap areas between PVC sheets, as well as for seam and termination overlay I beads. It cures quickly and provides a gas-tight highly chemical resistant seal. In effect, I it forms an extremely tough, chemically resistant "gasket" between the PVC liner sheets.
A two component compound proportioned at 1:1 by volume ratio and mixed prior to application. It can be easily applied by hand troweling or by airless spray equipment It cures relatively quickly and is extremely resistant to acids and bases. It expands 1,5-2 times its original volume during polymerization. It is very light and strong, and it will cross-link with CLA-2 Activator to form a superior molecular bond to PVC liners. Strength and chemical resistance are exceptional.
Polymer coating LINABOND MASTIC SEAM MATERIAL
A plural component high-strength, hybrid urethane, extremely resistant to sulfuric acid.
It is used in the overlap areas between PVC sheets, as well as for seam and termination overlay I beads. It cures quickly and provides a gas-tight highly chemical resistant seal. In effect, I it forms an extremely tough, chemically resistant "gasket" between the PVC liner sheets.
A two component compound proportioned at 1:1 by volume ratio and mixed prior to application. It can be easily applied by hand
troweling or by airless spray equipment, it cures relatively quickly and is extremely resistant to acids and bases. It is very light
and strong, and will crosslink with CLA-2 Activator to form a superior molecular bond to PVC liners. It does not expand during
the polymerization. Work life after mixing, as well as cure time, is relatively short The seam material should only be applied
on PVC surfaces that have been previously activated. The seam material normally cures to tack-free in 3 to 6 hours, depending
on the temperature. Significant additional strength is gained for up to 30 days after the application, and the material
will gain smaller amounts of tensile strength and chemical resistance for years. A version of the material - Linabond Mastic System
Fast Gun-Grade Seam Material - fast gun-grade seam material. The material cures sufficiently for immersion in wastewater in approximately 20 minutes.
Polymer coating LINABOND THERMOLINE SP MASTIC
LINABOND THERMOLINE MASTIC SEAM MATERIAL
A polymer system of basic polymer and seam material analogous to LINABOND SP MASTIC System. I It was intended for high temperatures operation - 90-95° C.
Polymer coating LINABOND PIPELINE STRUCTURAL POLYMER
A plural component closed cell hybrid polymer that is highly acid resistant. It is intended as foundation for the PVC liner.
A two component compound proportioned at 1:1 by volume ratio and mixed prior to application. It can be easily applied by airless spray equipment It cures relatively quickly and is extremely resistant to acids and bases. It expands 3-4 times during polymerization. It is very light and strong, and it will cross-link with CLA-2 Activator for a superior molecular bond to PVC liners. Strength and chemical resistance are exceptional.
Polymer coating LINABOND PIPELINE SEAM MATERIAL
A plural component high-strength hybrid urethane extremely acid resistant. It is an expansionless version of the structural polymer, but it cures much faster. The material is used for making the overlay beads at PVC sheet overlap seams and terminations. It cures quickly and provides a gas-tight and very chemical resistant liner.
A two component compound proportioned at 1:1 by volume ratio and mixed prior to application. It must be applied with a plural component caulking gun or plural component proportioner pump through a static mixer. It is ideally suited for applications that require fast application and in structures that must go back into service immediately. It can also be used as a replacement
to the structural polymer for special details, repairs and other small areas.
Polymer coating LINABOND SIMULFORM STRUCTURAL POLYMER
A plural component closed cell hybrid polymer with that is highly acid resistant It has been formulated as a basic polymer of the SIMULFORM SYSTEMS.
A two component compound proportioned at 1:1 by volume ratio and mixed prior to application. It is injected in the cavity formed between the corroded concrete substrate and PVC sheet forms, by an airless injecting system; it cures relatively quickly and has extremely high resistance to acids and bases. It is very light an strong, and it will cross-link with CLA-2 Activator to form a superior molecular bond to PVC sheets. Strength and chemical resistance are exceptional.
Polymer coating LINABOND LM-102 MASTIC
A two component flexible polyurethane. It is used for expansion joints together with activated flexible PVC sheeting. Bond strength with primed concrete surface exceed the tensile strength of the concrete substrate.
A two component compound proportioned at 1:1 by volume ratio and mixed prior to application. It forms a flexible gas-tight and chemical resistant composite membrane able to withstand elongations of 200-300%. It forms a secondary anti-corrosion barrier in case of damage to the PVC liner.
PVC Surface Activator
LINABOND CLA-2 INSTANT ACTIVATOR
A penetrating activator for PVC liners. It provides extremely effective linkage of PVC basic polymer or seam material. It is not a coating material, but rather changes the properties of the PVC to provide a matrix of active sites for molecular linkage.
A one component polymer. It should be applied over any and all PVC surfaces which are intended for linkage with base polymers or seam materials. The PVC activation process may take from 30 seconds to 15 minutes depending on environmental conditions. Once activated, the PVC will remain activated indefinitely.
