Prior to application of polymer, the substrate surface should be prepared by either sand-blasting or hydro-blasting. Then the surface needs to be primed.
Linabond Structural Polymer Mastic is a two component compound proportioned at 1:1 by volume ratio and mixed prior to application. It cures relatively quickly and is extremely resistant to acids and bases. The material expands 1,5-2 times its original volume during polymerization. It can be easily applied by hand troweling or by airless spray equipment with thickness ranging from 4 mm.
The Structural Polymer will cross-link with CLA-2 Activator to form a superior molecular bond to PVC liners creating a protective barrier to fluids and gasses.
